I had to find some old ones, since there is no action around me at the moment and I'm not willing to try to find any at the moment(having a cold and not feeling the best). But I got some action shot at a karate tournament we had.
Nikon D40. shutter priority. 1/100, f 3.5, ISO 1600, focal length 18mm, no flash. 
same info as the other.
I will upload pictures for my 366 project another time.
